We aim to dispatch orders promptly and deliver a reliable experience from purchase through to arrival.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

During high-volume periods, processing times may be extended slightly.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Within Australia

We ship Australia-wide.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery timeframes are displayed at checkout.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once dispatched, orders are handled by third-party shipping carriers.

3. International Shipping

Where available, international shipping options will be displayed at checkout.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges imposed by their country.

Delivery timeframes for international orders vary depending on destination and customs processing.

4. Delivery Delays

While we work with reputable carriers, delivery delays may occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Postal or courier disruptions
  • Weather events
  • Customs processing
  • High shipping volumes

nhayl is not liable for carrier delays once an order has been dispatched.

4A. Missed Deliveries

If delivery is attempted and no one is available to receive the parcel, it may be redirected to your local post office or collection point. You will receive notification from the carrier with instructions for collection.

Parcels not collected within the carrier’s holding period may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.

5. Incorrect Address Details

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

nhayl is not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address details, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.

6. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide your order number and clear photographs of the damage.

If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Risk and Title

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
