Refund policy

At nhayl, our products are designed for daily personal use.
Because our breathing trainer is a mouth-used hygiene product, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances, whether the item has been opened or not.
This policy exists to protect the health and safety of all customers.
Hygiene Policy (Non-Returnable Item)
For hygiene and safety reasons:
- We cannot resell returned units
- We cannot verify how a product has been handled after dispatch
- We therefore do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or opened/unused items
All sales are final.
We recommend reviewing the product description carefully before purchasing. If you have questions before ordering, please contact us at support@nhayl.com.au and we will be happy to assist.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number
- Include clear photos of the issue
If a product is confirmed to be faulty or damaged on arrival, we will provide a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major fault and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
Order Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. nhayl is not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect address details entered at purchase.
